The Impacts of Supervisor Support on Employees’ Engagement

ABSTRACT

The paper aims at studying the impacts of supervisor support on employees’ engagement of the Malaysian Telecommunication companies. The instrument used to measure the supervisor support and employee engagements were validated and data were collected from 109 employees at lower and middle managerial levels to analyse the above relationship.The data were analyzed using SPSS. The findings revealed that supervisor support has significant relationship with employees’ engagement. Hence; this study suggested that supervisor support can improve the employees’engagement by presenting a significant relationship between supervisor support and employees ‘engagement.
