ABSTRACT

The world of education can not be separated from the role of a teacher, the role of teachers is needed in the process of education, because without a teacher who will teach children in school. A teacher must have a professional attitude to become a teacher and suggestions to become a professional teacher until the development of becoming a professional teacher so that later we become teachers who really use the profession well. As a professional teacher must have professional competencies, competencies that must be possessed by a teacher includes four aspects, namely: pedagogical competencies, personality, professional, social.
