ABSTRACT

The feature of the chemistry of pyrazole, Thiazole and Benzimidazol as pharmacologically important scaffolds was described in number of reviews in which main approaches to the synthesis of mentioned and their biological activity were analyzed. however, the pyrazole/pyrazoline-thiazolidine, benzimidazole-based hybrid as biologically active compound is poorly discussed in the context of pharmacophore hybrid approach. therefore, the purpose of this review is to summarize the data about the synthesis and modification of heterocycles system with thiazolidine and pyrazoline/pyrazole fragments in molecules as promising object of modern bio-organic and medicinal chemistry. The description of biological activity was focused on SAR analysis and mechanistic insight of new Heterocycles.

Keywords: Heterocycles, Pyrazole, Thiazole, Benzimidazole.
