Tumors containing two or more germ cell components are termed as “mixed germ cell tumors” and they constitute 32%-60% of all the germ cell tumors. We report two cases of mixed germ cell tumor of testis, one is combination of seminoma, immature teratoma, chorio carcinoma & yolksac components occurring in a young male of age 24 years and another is rare combinations of seminoma, chorio carcinoma & yolksac tumor in 34years male.
